A few weeks ago, we rolled out a brand new website. Thank you for all of the feedback! Several of our blog and newsletter readers wrote to us wondering why we chose to redesign the site. I’d like to share some behind-the-scenes reasons because we value your contribution to the success of our website and blog.
First, we wanted our Web presence to fall in line with who we are — and “bold” is one way we describe our company, hence the bold and dramatic colors and changes across the site.
We were also concerned about usability. The site redesign is intended to make it easier for you to find the information you need. For example, we simplified the header navigation and included a prominent search box.
We are particularly proud of our expanded case study section. We now offer video case studies so you can see how clients have used our lab to solve real-world problems. Check out how we saved a client money when we solved a production problem and how we proved a competing firm stole another client’s formula.
