Directions to our facility in the Blacksburg Industrial Park
2903-C Commerce Street, Blacksburg, VA 24060
From Interstate 81
- Take Exit 118B onto U.S. 460 West. This is a new exit, south of Exit 118C (the former Exit 118) that connects directly to the Christiansburg Bypass (460 West). Follow the signs for Blacksburg/Virginia Tech approximately 6 minutes.
- Exit
460 West at Exit 5 “BLACKSBURG, SMART RD/US 460 BUS Westbound, US 460
BUS /IND PARK DR.” The ramp forks, keep right to Industrial Park Drive.
At the stop sign turn right onto Industrial Park Drive.
- Proceed approximately 0.1 mile, turn left on Commerce Street - our building is
located on the corner of the intersection of Commerce Street and
Industrial Park Drive.
- Turn right into first driveway and park in front of the left side of the building.
We are the second door from the left, with the blue PSI banner.
From Route 460E (West of Blacksburg)
- After passing the Virginia Tech/Southgate Drive exit, take the US-460-BR exit to Blacksburg.
- Turn left on South Main Street, go about 100 yards.
- Turn right on Industrial Park Drive.
- Proceed approximately 0.1 mile, turn left on Commerce Street - our building is
located on the corner of the intersection of Commerce Street and
Industrial Park Drive.
- Turn right into first driveway and park in front of the left side of the building.
We are the second door from the left, with the blue PSI banner.
