The goal of PSI's Quality Control Assurance efforts is to partner with clients in the industrial sector, pharmaceuticals, biologics, and medical device sectors during the lifecycle of their product.

PSI has the expertise and experience to develop quality control assays that ensure the quality standards through design, development, production, installation, and servicing of the product through:

Developing standard or custom validation plans to make sure properties fall within designated specifications

Providing release testing for production lots of raw materials or molded materials

Providing third party certification of raw materials

Identifying and addressing error and variances

Investigating and providing resolution for failures and complaints

Quality Assurance

Polymer Solutions Incorporated is accredited to the ISO/IEC 17025 standard for testing and calibration laboratories and is registered with the FDA. We work with our clients to contribute to the high level of quality required by their industries. We provide release testing of manufactured products for a wide variety of clients and products. We qualify raw materials for pharmaceutical and medical device clients.

We also perform long term aging and stability studies for a wide variety of industries. We assist our clients in managing complaints by developing a plan related to identifying root cause of a failure and providing hard evidence to support the conclusions. Our Quality Department works closely with the quality assurance personnel at our client's facilities to best serve their needs and provide custom documentation with respect to the client requirements.
