ISO/IEC 17025 Goes Beyond ISO 9002
In 2001 Polymer Solutions Incorporated took a giant step forward in its commitment to total customer satisfaction in all that we do through compliance to the ISO/IEC 17025 Standard as our primary quality system. ISO/IEC 17025 includes compliance to ISO 9002 but adds additional technical standards necessary for a lab testing facility.
In addition to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 PSI is registered with the FDA relative to the requirements of GMPs for pharmaceutical and biologic laboratories and medical device Quality System Regulation.

Commitment to Excellence
PSI’s Quality focuses on continual improvement. It is a major part of PSI’s Corporate Culture. The Quality System provides personnel the administrative, managerial and technical resources to improve the quality system including:

- Identify the occurrence of departures from the quality system
- Identify the occurrence of departures from the procedures for performing analyses
- Initiate actions to prevent or minimize such departures
