Routine Testing Services


Polymer Solutions Incorporated performs a variety of customer specified methods and tests. Contract analysis performed on a regular basis is streamlined to minimize turnaround time and cost while maximizing the ease with which a client receives data. PSI performs cGMP testing and has experience with and welcomes client audits as needed to satisfy quality compliance. Volume pricing can be arranged on an individual basis. Premier customer service and quality are always our goal.

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

Routine testing at PSI is performed daily for many clients in many industries.  We work with our clients to specify a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for their product, test, and data reporting format.  Most often a custom certificate of analysis is developed for specific clients work. Systems are set up to facilitate a streamlined process for submitting samples and receiving data in a rapid fashion with little additional management required on the part of the client. 

PSI regularly performs IV, GPC, FTIR, GC/MS, Extractives analysis, tensile tests, and compression tests for our clients.  Custom tests can be modified into routine tests as needed by the client for their specific product. Quality oversight is managed as necessary.
